We support our Service Users in a holistic manner, supporting Service Users fully, caring for all their requirements including physical, personal, mental, emotional and spiritual health. This is something that is done in a person centred manner ensuring the service user themselves is supported to plan their life and their support.

Support and Care is always given in a respectful manner and dignity is always maintained.

We also provide palliative care if required.

As well as personal care we believe that it is important give our Service Users time, which is why we have a key worker system. Every Service User has a member of staff whose function is to take a social interest in them, developing opportunities and activities with them, and in conjunction with the Management Team, take part in support plan development with the Service user.

Each resident here at Arundel will have a support plan that is tailored to their needs and wishes and is unique to them.
